Bootcamp at The Battery takes places every Tues at 1pm and Weds at 10am.

45 min outdoor fitness sessions with Laura Ross, Fit Form UK.
Laura has been a fitness coach for ten years, qualified in CYQ Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 2 Gym Instructing, and Active IQ Level 3 Exercise Referral and Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation.
Bootcamp at the Battery offers you a great workout in the fresh air – and with the most amazing view! All fitness abilities are welcome as everyone is encouraged – by Laura and each other, to work to their own level. Sometimes the class may be more cardio orientated, sometimes more strength focused, but you are guaranteed never to do the same workout twice! Numbers are limited to ensure social distancing and whilst some equipment may occasionally be used, this is cleaned thoroughly before and after use so that all COVID restrictions are adhered to.
Classes are £6 per session and must be pre-booked – from 8 days prior up to 15 mins before the class start time.
