Methodist Church Hall. This is an introductory meeting which will include a supervised tour of the site for anyone interested in making use of the Dunbar Battery site. There will be a question and answer session.
More detail will be available on the evening but the general principles can be summarised as follows. Where artists, musicians and actors (or similar) wish to offer a performance to the public for free, there will be no charge for the use of the venue, only for any additional costs required to put on the performance. Where a show is put on for profit, or where the venue is to be used for a private gathering, it will be appropriate for a donation to be offered for the ongoing maintenance of Dunbar Battery. Please do come on the night of 10th May if this is of interest to you or your group.
